John Kelly
 Having graduated from Oxford University in Classics/Greats, qualified and gained wide experience as a barrister at the London Bar in Commercial and Common Law Chambers, dealt with many cases in the higher English Courts. 1986 – 1990 Lived and did business in Italy. 1990 – 1995 Employed barrister specialising in commercial work of a wide range. 1995 – 2000 Set up Ferdinand Kelly specialising in ground breaking cases through the higher Courts in England and the European Court on EU Competition Law; in many cases appeared as Advocate in Court. 2001 – 2005 Has dealt with a wide range of commercial cases at Ferdinand Kelly as a solicitor advocate. Has been the thinking behind the initiative on tied pubs and the Commons Committee Enquiry in 2004. |
